My father told me the story of a young student facing an assignment in class.

The task?

Write an essay answering the following question: “What is courage?” 

The young man completed the assignment … with just two words.

“This is.”

And that was it.

Sometimes the most powerful statements are those that use the fewest words.

So here’s mine.

Mr. President, you decided to skirt Congress (yet again) to mandate “gun safety” measures.  

What exactly is it you AREN’T allowed to do?
